It’s the perfect opportunity to create cherished memories with friends and family while celebrating the joys of the season.
Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

Residents gather around the tree in Clawson's Memorial Park each year and sing songs of the season as the annual tree lighting takes place. Caroling at the gazebo, and Santa arrives by fire truck to flip the switch on our community tree. Refreshments are served afterwards as children warm up with cocoa and cookies while festive string-orchestra tunes are played by Clawson school students. Children will also get a chance to share their ideas for presents from Santa's lap.
